Last December I visited Goa with my family during the winter vacations. Let me tell you I was amazed by the packages offered at the Grand Island trip of Goa. I had some of the best moments of my life on this tour of Grand Island in Goa. Before coming to Goa, I did not even hear about the island and boy what a surprise was it! Since I went with a considerably large group of friends, not everybody was excited about the water sports activities there. But to our surprise, being an expert swimmer is not compulsory for the snorkeling trip here. We were transported to Grand island from our hotel at North Goa and got to the island after a 45 minutes trip in their boat jetty. The ride was excellent since were had been served soft drinks throughout the journey. The boat ride was utterly safe since it was equipped with life jackets. If you visit Goa, you have to come to monkey beach of the Grand Island because apart from the adventurous water activities, you get to try your hands in fishing. Best Package of goa!!! Grand Island trip is the best activity to do in goa. I is my first tour to India, We, 4 friends, booked this trip online and got a discounted offer. Transportation from Calanguate hotel was provided to us. The driver reached on time and he greeted us. It took us hardly an hour to reach there. The drive to the beach was amazing as the weather was nice. When we reached their first thing, we did was to drink coconut water and clicked amazing beach selfies. Later we joined the water sports. First, we did the water sports later we did snorkel in the cold water. A barbeque was set up and lunch was prepared. The bear was offered to us and an amazing breeze in the air created an amazing mood. We clicked amazing photos of dolphins and even we found some amazing fishes. I have no words to describe the beauty of Grand Island trip. We reached the beach on time and our journey started. All of us enjoyed soft drinks on the boat. Let me tell you about the sightseeing from the boat. The boat instructor guided us about the agora fort and lighthouse. On the way, we enjoyed dolphin watching also. I can’t explain the advantages of Boat ride, but all I can say is that I enjoyed it. The snorkeling trip was done at the Bat island and we rode on the boat jetty. North Goa has always been the most famous site and now I got to know the reason of its fame. It has so many things to experience. These are more than enough to make it a favorite of many. Many have said that the buffet lunch was just okay, but I loved it. There is not even a single doubt on that. Everything was so perfect there.

The blue Arabian sea and the clear sky, oh my god its beauty is always at its height! The hotel in which we stayed was clean. I have always been a person who is into hygiene. Hotel passes my test. The staff was readily available whenever I wanted anything. But the vehicle came up a little late when we had to go to the Grand Island. I had to wait for approximately half an hour. Overall the journey was satisfactory. Our tour guide had a good knowledge even about the corners of Goa.

I tried out the water activity in Goa, it was exactly what I used to see on television. I was very sacred to do them but later on, it was okay! Also, we went to the Baga Beach and you might have heard about it too. Unluckily, it was very crowded that day but I was able to maintain a space for myself.

I am an English teacher and its a time for our annual school trip. Every year, the school used to select multiple locations for the students where they can go. Each of them used to be a hill station. The students were bored of the same kind of locations every year. Thus, this year they showed no interest in participating in the trip. I wanted this trip to be a hit! The activity is easy to do if you hear each and every thing informed by the instructor during the session. My mom and dad were scared since they didn’t know swimming. But later, when they tried it, they enjoyed it. But it had some disadvantages too. during dolphin spotting I saw only one dolphin and that was also very far away from us, fort aguada, millionaire place sightseeing from Boat not very close but its okay. overall it was good as trip price.

It was a marriage of my friend in January 2018. So, we decided to do a bachelors party in Goa. We were a group of 8 friends and each one of us were very excited for this! I hail from hyderabad. I have a company group and every teammate is very enthusiastic and passionate about traveling. After a long discussion, our next place in our wish list turned out to be Goa and we booked it 03 months before just to get a better flight deal. Being a nature lover as well as an adventure junky, Goa was always there in my to-visit list. So me, and my three friends planned a Goa trip. I was unaware about Grand Island, but a friend who recently visited Goa recommended this to us. I booked my trip and started packing accordingly. The pick-up vehicle arrived at 8 am at our hotel. We reached the jetty and took our seats in a big boat. The Arabian Sea welcomed us with open arms and the dolphins were too amazing to watch. It seemed they were enjoying just as we were. Water and cold drinks were complimentary.
While we were enjoying the dolphins, the boat took a short break. It stopped. We were asked if we want to enjoy fishing or snorkelling, to which two of my friends turned down snorkelling and chose fishing instead. Two of us went for snorkelling and the experience was fun. The guide was there around always. He guided us what exactly to do, we wore the snorkel tube and started peeping under water. I was too lucky to spot a swarm of colourful fishes. My friends enjoyed fishing sitting on the boat. All those who chose fishing over snorkelling were given a rope and bait. Fishing means patience. Some people caught fishes too only to send them back to the sea.
Finally we hopped back to the boat and we sailed to the Grand Island where our lunch was waiting for us. The aroma of barbeque fish and other Goan delicacies just reached our noses, we ran to eat and drink and relax. Then after enjoying the island, our return journey began. We were given bananas on our way back. Finally we were dropped back to our hotel by 5 pm. The day will always remain fresh in my mind.

If somebody ask me which is the best place to see in Goa so instead of popular sites, night club, I will certainly advise everyone to undertake Grand Island trip that too through you guys. Frankly speaking, I was very confused while I was placing the booking with you, the reason was simple. I never heard about such trip in Goa, but once I checked with one of my friend in Goa, I got an assurance that if I want to experience snorkeling and scuba diving then trip to the grand island can fulfill my long awaited dream to be in sea water doing snorkelling and scuba diving. My journey began in the morning boarding the boat to Grand Island and it made it easy since free transportation service from the hotel was very much needed. It was quite strange that many of the localities ever is not aware of such island but gradually people are getting aware of it.
Here was my moment, I was preparing myself for snorkel and scuba diving and my trainer just amazing as he gave me every tinny information since it was my first time and made me relax and calm. The good thing was the weather – it was a sunny day, water temperature was suitable for dive and even water was crystal clear which make the visibility very good for scuba diving. Even, my trainer joined me so ensure that I don’t panic and he made me very comfortable. I can’t describe my whole experience in words how pleasant I felt after doing snorkeling and scuba diving. Everything was very well planned, be it our stay in Goa or even airport transfers. We were a group of 15 friends who just completed their schooling and was damn excited about this tour. Grand island is a nice place to visit with family. When searched online, we found a good place to stay in calangute. For spending nice time with sight-seeing and activities, We opted for Rs.1,299 package to have a complete fun at the islands. Our jetty reached monkey beach and had meals, which is nicely crafted for tourists. Barbeque and cocktails are something bachelors shouldn’t miss out. Our children enjoyed snorkelling along the Arabian sea. Dolphin shows were a visual treat to the eyes. Overall it is a good experience to cherish and it made our day.
